Margin is a loan extended by your broker that allows you to leverage the funds and securities in your account to enter larger trades. Leverage is expressed as a ratio. A 2:1 leverage, for example, means that you would be able to hold a position that is twice the value of your trading account. I enjoy the high trading leverage with Trade12 like more than 1:400 and the broker charges a small amount of margin level to the traders. As a result of this I enjoy my exact trading profit.
